1 - Video Documentary What is Soul?

What Is Soul? Is a video documentary asking the most important question in modern times. The producer is seeking Videographer, Researcher, Video Assistant and/or Video Editor, PR and Web to join the production team. See trailer at www.whatissoul.com.

 

The documentary features compelling, personal, investigative interviews with prominent figures and everyday professionals and students. It is produced by  David Bloom. What is Soul? Is open to concept collaboration and online marketing and web skills as the documentary is shared with the public as an ongoing process.

Video interviews will be completed in various sites in Chicago, with possibility of travel as needed. Stipends available and travel expenses can be compensated. Software skills including Final Cut Pro and iMovie are a plus.

2 - Marketing, PR and Web Outreach

The Bloom School of Jazz seeks a Marketing Assistant to coordinate web, promotions and outreach for music clinics, rehearsal space rental and group and private lessons.

Learn marketing skills including: e-newsletters, web content management, press releases, mailings and how to develop a marketing campaign from start to finish. Strategize and share your ideas for online branding and social media in a music education environment. Creative thinkers are encouraged. Software skills of Microsoft Office, as well as geneal Internet and social media skills are welcome.

3 - Business Researcher

Innovative Music Event Project seeks Business Research Intern interested in feasibility studies, basics of civil engineering, architecture and site planning, to assist with development of business plan materials and presentations. Internet research, excellent organization, cost analysis and conceptual skills can be honed while working on an exciting project that blends the concepts of theme park, music event space and music education. Skills in iMovie, web research and Microsoft Office are a plus (will train).

4 - Videographer and Interviewer for 501(c)3 in Youth Music Education

The Bloom Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to stimulate passionate expression and imagination, working with kids and music education. Seeking Videographer, Interviewer, Video Editor, Analyst, as well as PR/Marketing and Web as it launches exciting projects including The Musical Taste Test and Earn an Axe. Work with a not-for-profit in the music education sector. Contribute on an Internship or Volunteer Basis, with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week; stipend available.

The Musical Taste Test encourages children to listen to and comment on musical genres from around the world. Videographer and Interviewer will travel to Chicago-area schools and work with elementary age children to capture responses. Analyst will assist in collecting, organizing and assessing the data collected.

To share this project and results, The Bloom Foundation seeks a PR/Marketing and Website Development Intern to curate online content and branding. This is an opportunity to be part of the branding, mission and development team of a NFP.
